Same issue as previous comment. The app used to work just fine. Loved it! But for several weeks now I cannot get logged back in to my account. And it's exactly as the other person said...it's literally a perpetual loop when you try to "reset you password"....never actually allows you to reset anything...just a series of blank blue screens.

The new app completely messed up my scale from synching and there is no way to fix it apparently without customer service, who I do not expect to respond anytime soon seeing as every single user just had their scales turned into dumb scales and many users lost ALL of their historical data. Not to mention the new UI is actually worse and added no new features that I can see... App was not tested at all, I will look elsewhere.
I can't log in. It says that it doesn't recognize me. So I try and reset my password and it sends a reset link to my email, so obviously they do have my email, but the reset links all say error, try logging in from the app again. It's a loop of nothingness. The app needs fixed now, I bought your scale, you forced me to use this app, so make it work or I will be returning it for a full refund.
Can Weight Gurus lift a finger and encourage users to use their app by allowing them to remain logged in, or at least give them a lowfat alternative? Or do you have temporary WH security clearances also?
For real, how long until you fix the logging in everyday thing? It just started happening to me this week and i am looking for a solution —what’s up?
Logging in every morning is terrible. Are you guys fixing this ? I don’t understand the issue and why there is no response to your customers.
Why won’t my app stay logged in? It used to be so easy to sync everything but now it’s a pain to enter all of my info just to get in.
The app was working great until a few weeks ago. Now I have to enter my username and password almost every other day. This is very annoying. Please fix this.
The scale works fine, but the Bluetooth app sync is awful. Hard to get set up the first time, and then it seems like it works great: data uploads, plugs into the app screens, etc. But... once the scale turns off; it will not sync again. You have re-pair with the iPhone from the beginning (which, as noted, is a slow pain). Unclear why this scale will not pair in the appropriate "sticky" way such that the phone and scale recognize each other automatically.
Why doesn't the app stay logged in from day to day. I only use it on my smart phone. I am constantly resetting my password to get back in. Please advise?

I really don't understand why there isn't a stay logged in feature for the app. Having to log in every morning is a pain and makes me not like this very much. Otherwise, seems great so far. I just can't get past not being able to stay logged in.
Please fix this!! I do not want to have to log on every time I weigh!!! At a minimum make it easier??? Fingerprint? Pin?

Scale synced with app for first weigh in about 3 weeks ago. Have not been able to get app to sync with my iPhone since then
I can't get the scale to pair to my phone anymore keeps telling me pairing rejected?
Everytime I pair my scale with my phone everything works fine at that point. But when I go to weigh myself the next day the scale works but nothing's logs to my app. I have to go to scale set up again and pair the 2 devices again for it to work. Every day I have to pair the scale with my phone for it to work. Is there a way to keep the 2 devices paired so my info logs to the app on a daily basis? Thanks, Brian

I have used this scale for four years and today I'm not able to log into the app to sync it. Is there a bug?
Can't log in through app or website. Defeats the purpose of purchase if I can't log details daily each a.m. If I need to use manual entries I will return product and return to my old digital scale which works as it should! So far unimpressed!
